Desk clerk was very attentive and fast with check in.

Room was pricey due to Concourse event but among cheaper options. For $219 I expected better accommodations though. Room smelled of smoke, carpet was wet in bathroom area, safety was a concern given doors were accessible to public and not in a great /safe location, room faced busy street and so was noisy, and bed had only a thin blanket and was cold at night.

The guy at the front desk was quick to check me in and the room had a decent microwave and mini fridge which was unexpected but nice.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I made it work.

There is a hidden charge that might be reinsbursed. Free breakfast and wifi.

There is a hidden charge that might be reinsbursed. Also the card was reading the outside door to get in through the stairwell. Also, a large group went in early for breakfast and almost finished all the food and the hotel did not restock food.

Place was clean

Very little choice for breakfast and everything was old and looked expired -looks like the manager/owner lives there and while I was checking in before I showed my id (by the way I'm of middle eastern descent) he had a nice attitude that all change after he saw my id complete 180 very rude and let's just say I will never ever stay at any Howard Johnson if they let private owners like him own a franchise

The reservation process was smooth, and I secured a great last-minute rate. The room was impressively clean, critical for me as a businessman. The staff were accommodating, addressing my questions promptly .

Some noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive.

The hotel has a lovely and cozy atmosphere that felt very cute. The staff were wonderfully accommodating. Accessibility ramps were also handy for my mobility, allowing me easy movement throughout the hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave in the room. Clean bathroom with bathtubs. Location very close to movie theater as well as shops. Early check-in, late check-out.
